When you create an account or interact with RecruitOrRate we collect the information you provide (name, email, profile details) plus technical data such as your IP address, browser agent and interaction events.

2. Cookies & similar technologies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. Third-party partners (for example our ad-network) may set cookies to deliver and measure personalised advertisements. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features (login, dark-mode etc.) may stop working.

3. Personalised advertising

RecruitOrRate shows ads to keep the service free. Ad partners may use non-identifying information (such as pages viewed or industries searched) to serve more relevant ads. We donot share your email address or reviews with advertisers.

4. How we use data

• To operate and improve the platform
• To prevent fraud and abuse
• To send account-related emails you cannot opt out of (e.g. verification)
• Marketing emails only if you opt-in — you can unsubscribe any time

5. Data deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting removes personal data and irreversibly anonymises your reviews.
